Women's health is mostly neglected and not very well managed or taken care of. But recent trends shows that women with health insurances have better access to health services and therefore can have routine screening for more risk evident disorders and prevent development of such diseases. Whereas, women without insurance coverage do not get equal opportunities for the screening for risk evident diseases and gets highly prone to development of such disorders. Identification of this health inequality led to development of various health insurance services that allows females in the region to save for the future and access health care equally.

it is common that the women with health coverage goes for routine screening and health monitoring while women without the coverage do not focus on disposing their income or shar eof income on these activities, this proves that health insurance influences wopmen's health. Also, having a health insurance for some women and other deprived of it pose a risk of inequalities to the other group of women without coverage. As these women are not able to access free services and their probability for the health promotion and awareness also reduces making them more vulnerable to diseases.
