A thorough history and physical exam reveal:  height= 170 cm, weight= 80 kg, BP= 150/90, HR= 100 bpm, LDL= 200 mg/dl, TG= 250 mg/dl, HDL= 30 mg/dl, FPG=80 mg/dl and HbA1c= 3%. As a grandfather, your patient spends most of his days taking care of his grandchildren while the parents, who both work full-time, are at work.

Question. Create a one week physical activity plan for your patient to follow. Provide a short description of your physical activity plan including total number of hours per week. The physical activity plan should be written according to ACSM guidelines, and should include all 4 types of exercises required by the ACSM for a well rounded regimen.

This physical activity plan should be in a table format, Monday-Sunday. Make the plan realistic for your patient, something that they can follow and change the plan regularly to avoid a boring regimen (do not copy paste the same activity for each day
