As a grandfather, your patient spends most of his days taking care of his grandchildren while the parents, who both work full-time, are at work.
Question. Create a one week physical activity plan for your patient to follow. Provide a short description of your physical activity plan including total number of hours per week. The physical activity plan should be written according to ACSM guidelines, and should include all 4 types of exercises required by the ACSM for a well rounded regimen.
