Having food is to stay alive but healthily, but at the same time there has been a lot of food disorder existing between individual due to varied reasons and many re search has been done and supports as an articles today.The common eating disorder problems are Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia nervosa, Binge eating among individuals to maintain a good shape.

Some of the effective treatment done for anorexia nervosa is
