- An individual has exhibited an actual expectation of privacy

- the expectations should be reasonable

Theses criteria to be met then government will take an action which violates the expectation then government actions violates the individual's fourth Amendment rights..

This fourth Amandment protects people from the expectation of privacy it is reasonable for public this law..This test can confirm the government action violated for individual expectation of privacy in their chronic disease condition..
