Question

Discuss the importance of PETRODOLLARS?

Discuss the importance of PETRODOLLARS?

Answers

PETRODOLLARS are highly important for the US dollar stability and United states because PETRODOLLARS led to acceptance of US dollar as world's reserve currency which created huge business opportunities for US companies and also helped US to issue billions or trillions of US debt in world market as dollar being the most accepted currency because Oil economy is trading in US dollars. So in future if any other petro transaction system comes into force, then US dollar might collapse and would make it difficult for US.
