Bankrupcy- If the employee is bankrupted then employers have the right to refuse him/her

Smoking or Any Other Habits- If the employer feels that the employee is bad habit of smoking

Criminal Background Record.- Employers have the right to refuse on the behalf of criminal background.

Nepotism- Nepotism means giving the preference to the near one like family, relatives etc. It is not illegal

Credit History- If the employee has a poor credit history then the employer can discriminate him/her.

Excess Weight- in some states the employers have the right to deny for employment to the excess weight candidate.

Unemployed-If an employee is unemployed since long time the it is considered that he/she does not have enough capabilities, skills to perform hence here employers have the right to ban him.
