1. BMI (Body mass index) is measurement method used for identify the

    nutritional status of a person.

* It can calculated through dividing body mass by the square of the body

    weight.

* In a normal healthy person BML range between 18.5 to 25.

* In your case it is 36 which indicate obesity.

2) Sporadic and irregular pulse during palpation of radial artery indicate

    atrial fibrillation which is cardiac arrythmia in which heart rate become

    faster than normal and irregular.

3) Patient who had double mastectomy may develop lymphedema,neuropathy

    associated with removal of lymphnodes and nerve damage occur during surgery.

   * For measuring BP of a patient who had mastectomy nurse should use lower

     extremities ( ankle of leg measuring blood pressure in posterior tibial artery)

     because taking blood pressure of upper extremities of a double mastectomy

     patient leads to lymphedema and swelling of upper limb.
