There has been an educational paradigm shift from a focus on teaching to learning. Consider the following statement in light of the shift from teaching to learning: "Teachers don't fail students; students fail themselves." Do you agree or disagree? Provide examples that support your position.

Answers

Yes , i agree with " Teachers don't fail students , students fail themselves " . Teachers are the professionals who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue. Teachers comes after the almighty God and our parents . They always wish our good , they want us to reach higher and achieve our best. How can they fail us . It's the students who fail themselves because they don't study well . Teachers try their best to pass every student but if the student does not acquire minimum marks needed to pass then the student fails . Teacher is the person who makes us learn about the rules and regulations , ethics ,morals . Teachers can't go against the rules by failing a student due to some of the reasons like personal grages etc neither they can't pass a failing student by providing extra marks .
