The psychological problems or issues refers to the disorder of one's emotions,feeling and behaviour.

For instance if a person is suffering from depression which is a physical issues he or she may show a poor personal care, (hygienic practice like dressing,bathing,oral care,etc., making them prone for infection.) Nutritional deficiencies by malnutrition, severe weight loss,severe gastrointestinal alterations by poor or no eating patterns leading to major eating disorder ,lack of social activities by isolating themselves if so poor performance I their work places.When a person is mentally unhealthy there will be difficulties in thinking process which finally alters the physical health.

Some of the ways to deal with this potential problems are

  • If suffering psychological issues,take medical help immediately and make sure proper follow up are made with adequate counselling to prevent relapses
  • Always take a break after hectic workload, refresh at the weekend before the start of the week
  • Be practical than imaginary which can prevent many illnesses
  • Practice relaxation techniques like yoga,meditation, including massages exercises which can improve one's circulatory pattern ,muscle strength and thereby enhancing one's physical and psychological needs simultaneously.
