Differences between MyPlate and the PowerPlate. Which is more healthy and why? Be able to talk about diseases that can be kept away with choosing the right food guidelines.

And 1):-Power plate is an improved version of ,My plate that was assigned by government to provide nutrients to everyone and fulfill their needs while a powerplate is an diet plan that was made by a team of Dr. Barnard and a few other physicians

Other then my plate it includes 4 more foods items for example :- fruits, veges, legumes, and whole grains

The main focus of this diet plan is to reduce fat and cholesterol from our diet and provide more and more fibers that is responsible to reduce so many different types of diseases for example

cardiac problems

Hypertension

Diabetes etc

My plate :- this is a government approved diet plan to all the individuals to provide them essential nutrients

It includes five things

Veges

+ =they should contain at least half of our plate

Fruits

Grains= half of the grains should be whole

Dairy =it must include calcium rich diet

Protein =1/4th of the plate should be protein

Ans2 ):- disease that can be kept away by using a proper diet plan includes cardiovascular disease and hypertension

If a guy takes diet rich in fats and carbohydrates and have a sedantory life then these won't get utilised by his body then they will start collecting in our blood vessels and the lumen of the vessel will start to reduce (hypertension is caused ) that will increase the work load of heart because heart has to work more to pump the enough amount of blood to the vital organs and if this plaque will detach from that part and form a fat embolism then it can cause ischemia and necrosis to any part of body where it will go

So a healthy diet with exercise is necessary to decrease the collection of fat in our blood vessels so that maximum diseases can be prevented.
