Expense credit applies to a citizen if , The citizen's government managed savings advantage isn't over the celling confinement for elderly , and The citizen's balanced gross income(AGI) isn't over the celling constraint for elderly .
Since most elderly individuals fizzle the two tests above, most elderly individuals can't fit the bill for the assessment credit for the elderly .
