2. Explain the differences between motor learning and motor control within the field of motor behavior. Motor learning is an internal state that is relatively permanent. Then you have motor programs; Select the program and indicate what it should do. Program specifies how to do the skill and sends signals through your spinal cord to muscles to perform the movement. There are different types of motor systems; Dynamical systems or more direct less cognitive link between perception and motor action that occurs. Then you have direct link which is called coordinated structure, it relies on very little decision making control in brain. In conclusion, motor learning helps us understand how we learn skills so that the skill becomes automatic, as well as being responsible for the shift from poorly skilled to highly skilled movements. While, motor control is essential for every movement from poorly skilled to well skilled.

Answer: Motor learning is the process that the person himself learn unconsciously. It is not important to make them repeatedly learn the specific action. It is a kind of permanently learning which doesn't requires revision. One of the example that can be considered is the walking. Walking we learn and can easily implement it forever. Practice always enhance the performance and working experience of the person. Motor controls is what the brain directs to do so. Motor learning enhance our learning skills and ability to perform well. It is a type of constant learning which makes our skills structured, integrative as well as improved. The automatic actions, response that the motor learning enables us to perform.
