1) Increase spending on education and skill development training program in the country. So that people will be able to get jobs or with the help of government can work on their own.
2) Employment incentive and subsidies should be provided to unemployed so that people will have hope on government.
3) Government should spending on infrastructure and development projects so that people will get jobs. In a developed country like Saudi it will be difficult but still they can try.
4) Increase trade policies with other country so that they can get jobs which are outsourced by other countries.
5) Create monetary and Fiscal stimulus in the economy. So that unemployment goes down.
