Data analysis methods are focused on quantitative and qualitative methods. It includes data cleaning,transformation and visualization of the data. Interviews,e-mail and audio-visual techniques are the part of Qualitative method of data analysis.Technologies use the data to analyze business problems. Audio- visual techniques includes facebook, skype and webcam.So such media tools are used as data collection and analysis.E-mail is major tool which targets widely geographical areas easily than telephonic interviews. If we talk about quantitative techniques of data analysis, questionnaire tool can be used. Hence,for data analysis accurate tool of technology is useful as it saves money and time. Nowadays new technology has given the way for qualitative researchers to collect and analyze data.
