1.Gonorrhea is the diagnosis based on the symptoms.
2.Conversation has to be started just like casual talk by asking about non threatening subjects like eating habits etc. Then share some facts about prevalance of gonorrhea or ant other STD. Address the patient as 'we're rather than 'u'. Then while asking casual questions in comfortable way gradually move to questions regarding her sexuality.
3.The risk factors for STI in older individuals are:
a) Decreases immunity
b) sexual changes associated with aging. ( it also increases the risk of developing genital malignancies).
c) less use of protective methods like condoms.
d) psychological changes.
