What feature of growth is the Solow model attempting to explain? Is this accurate? Why or why not? Your answer should take approximately 1 page and draw from the material in Week 4. The proper formatting is as follows: 12 point Times text, double spaced, 1" margins. You must cite all references. Failure to cite a reference will result in a zero on the entire exam.

Answers

Solow model focuses on the Economic growth which is the steady positive increase in the total output produced by the country. It emphasizes that the prices get adjusted on its own to clear the market. It means that the market is always in equillibrium and the supply is equal to the demand and if there is any incentives, generate efficient outcomes.

It is not accurate in the present scenario, as the price determines the level of equillibrium. If there is any increase in price, the supply exceeds the demand and there is oversupply. In case of any reduction in price, the demand exceeds the supply and there is overdemand.
