Answers

Answer: Communication is one of the best method to deliver the thought and ideas. Not only delivering the ideas but also to understand the other person's concept.

The Communications should be effective and for that it should have clarity. Well prepared topic and good research on the things to be discussed should be made. Once we have a great knowledge and the information regarding the things we want to convey or want, it will be easy for us to make other parties to understand our needs and demand. We can also explain clearly about the ideas and views of our side.

It is true that the communication should be precise. This can be achieved only when we have a good knowledge about the things which are going to be discussed. Making things unnecessarily elaborated will not gain the confidence. One has to save time along with the precise details. These things should be prepared before the meetings and points to be discussed should be noted.

If there is any problem regarding with the team members, one can be replaced for the further communication. In a team meeting, each member should be active but one has to take part and initiate the communication.
