Interprofessional team practice based strategy involved in triple aim initiatives. The interprofessional team focuses on identifying the risky population, needs of the population, delivering health care services. The current fee for service did not reimburse the practice of triple aim. Interprofessional knowledge and skills must for the health care outcome. Institute for healthcare improvement improves population health while reducing per capita costs. Education innovation for health professionals is still unanswered in collaborative interprofessional practice and education. US health care cost is expensive, fragmented, unreliable and has less improvement in population health. Hospitalization for preventive diseases is difficult to access. stakeholders engagement with patient, family and community members can active triple aim initiatives. Interprofessional shared decision making, patient-centeredness, communication skills, cultural competence can improve the quality of care. there should be changes in government policy, license, and payers. lack of health coverage and incentives make a barrier for triple aim initiatives.
