So, um, so our brain develops, it changes based on our experiences. And another huge one here is narrow. No plasticity. Yeah, so last dizzy. It's a huge on, um, as to why our genome doesn't necessarily encode how our brain or nervous system is going to turn out from the very beginning. And this is plasticity. And this kind of relates back to, um our brain develops and how our experiences shape our nervous system or brain plasticity basically means that our neuronal networks are plastic. They could be shaped and molded based off of different experiences. And to a large extent, scientists thought that once you reached adulthood, um, your brain connections were kind of stuck. They kind of stopped changing, and that was the way it was for the rest of your life. But now scientists are realizing more and more, um, that your brain is extremely plastic so it can shape and and reform these neuronal connections from these neuronal networks based off of use and new learning experiences. Um, all throughout your entire life. And so that's really good thing, right? Like I like to think that Oh, great. That means I could learn new stuff for my entire life. Onda. None of this is going to be encoded in my genome. Um, it's all gonna be based off of again experiences. And so that could be somewhere where you might start on your, um, 100 words.
