Find the slope of each line. (SLOPE NOT COPY)

Here's a rough sketch of the line that we were shown in the book and we know that it goes through the points one negative two and 33 and so we can use our slope formula slope equals change. And why over change in X and the change in why is three minus negative too? The change in X is three minus one. So three minus negative. Two is five three minus one is to soar. Slope is five hats.

Let's find the slope of the line graft. And so if we want to use this point here at negative 30 and this point here, it zero to what we could do is figure out the rise and the wren from one point to another. So the rises, the vertical change, and we can see that that is to and the run is the horizontal change, and we can see that that is three. So that means the slope is 2/3.

Let's find the slope of the line. We see graft. And so let's say we want to use this point here at negative 30 and this point here is euro negative. Three. Let's calculate the rise in the run and find the ratio. First of all, the rise while it's going down a distance of two units from one point to the other, so we'll say the rise is actually negative. We'll call it negative tube and then for the run. That will be the horizontal change. So from one point to the other, there's a run of three, so that means the slope is negative 2/3.

Let's find the slope of this line and notice that we have a couple of points highlighted here. The point to three and the point 20 also noticed that this is a vertical line. And so hopefully we remember that the slope of every vertical line is undefined. But here's how we can figure that out. The rise from one point to another would be three. So for rise over one, we have for rise overrun. We have three over and then the run would be the horizontal change. There is no horizontal change between these two points. They have the same X coordinate, so the run would be zero. So if you have three divided by zero, that would be undefined. You can never divide by zero. It's always undefined.
